Mr. Dhruv Dhawan has taken accounting in BA Education from Gallaudet University (Washington, DC). After completing education, he retuned to India. and decided to join his family business, which has been operating for over 38 years. Upon he returns he realized the significant amount of plastic waste being generated in India. It was then that he had the idea to establish a recycling plant and start a new business venture. His goal with recraft is to contribute environmental conversation and make a positive impact on the world.

VIKASKUMAR JAIN

Mr. Vikas Jain - Director

Mr. Vicky Jain has taken his education in B.com. His family is been working in recycling plastic industry more than 4 decades. He has business of making plastic frames by plastic waste. He got trained, skilled and knowledge from his family of making PCR product.

Lalit Warathe

Factory Head

Mr. Lalit Warathe has taken education in PGD-PPT from CIPET Bhopal. Ha has 23 years of experience in the field of Polyolefin, Engineering polymers, PLA, PBAT based master batches and compounds.

He has worked with renowned companies and possesses great expertise in product development, technical services, and customer support. He has extensive knowledge of processing techniques, polymer chemistry, material selection, and product testing. He is a visionary leader who believes in teamwork and collaboration and has mentored many professionals in the field. His experience and expertise make him an asset to any organization in the plastics industry.

Ravi Fotedar

Planning Advisor

Mr. Ravi Fotedar is Graduated as a Chemical Engineer, started career in 1985 with a German Multinational subsidiary – Hoechst AG.

Being in the Petrochemical Industry, and having served in various capacities in Manufacturing, Technical Service, Projects, Product Development, Technology Management and Business Development, have acquired experience and Skills in Technology and General Management, received extensive training and exposure in the parent company in Europe, and have travelled widely to America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. He is Member at various professional Platforms like All India Plastics Manufacturer Association, Indian Plastics Institute, Organization of Plastic Processors of India, SPE. He has strong network in all converting processes, Film, Pipe, Blow extrusion, Injection, BOPP, OPP, BOPET, BOPE, Non- Woven, Sheet, Thermoforming. He has served group companies over 500 convertors and customer in the industry.

MIHIR BANERJI

Technical Expert

A Polymer Technologist in profession and a post graduate diploma holder in Marketing & Sales Management. A fellow of Indian Plastics Institute(IPI). He is the Past President of Indian Plastics Institute (IPI). At present one of the Managing Committee Members of Plastindia Foundation, Secretary General, Plastics Packaging Research & Development Centre, Chairman, Plastics Committee of International Council of Circular Economy and one of the Committee Members of Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP) North. A committee member of BIS PCD12, PCD 21 and ISO TC 61. He has travelled widely to pursue plastic related activities.

Since 2010 he is working as an Industry Advisor with Home Appliances, Automotive, Packaging and Recycling industries. He was a Plastic Technical Expert for United Nation’s Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and a Plastic Technical Advisor for a project sponsored by Government of Kuwait to develop downstream plastic processing industries. He was working in polymer industry over 45 years. Started his service carrier with ICI (India), followed by Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd. (IPCL) and Reliance Industries Ltd. (RIL) in plastic technical and marketing departments. He has undergone specialized training for LDPE/LLDPE/HDPE/PP at technical centres of TOTAL Petrochemicals, France, INEOS Petrochemicals, Scotland and France, LoyndellBasell, Germany and Italy.

Dr. Nitin Joshi

Technical Advisor

Dr. Nitin Josh is a Qualified Ph.D. in Polymer Science, with over 35 years of experience in R&D/ Product Development/Quality Assurance. Well versed with recycling, compounding, molding and extrusion of Plastics especially Polypropylene, Polyethylene and PVC.

He Has worked for more than 10 years in Reliance Industries Limited in their Product Application and Research Centre. He has a wide experience in various fields such as HDPE pipes, PVC compounding, Masterbatches, polyolefin compounding and recycling. He has been Technical Head at Recraft Processing Pvt.Ltd. where he has developed unique formulations for recycled polyethylene and polypropylene

MOHIT MEHTA

Factory Manager

Mr. Mohit Mehta is a Production Head at Recraft Processing, with almost a decade of experience in converting plastic waste into usable polymers. He is well-versed in both technical and commercial aspects of the plastics industry and had developed plastics-based footwear. With experience in trading and merchandising, he plans to take Recraft Processing to new heights and aims to convert waste into near-virgin polymers to contribute to a sustainable future.
